Please dowload and fill out the PDF form below and return it to us with a $350.00 non-refundable deposit, which will be credited to the purchase of your new puppy. This will help us in providing you with the best Labradoodle for you and your family. Completed Reservations (with deposit) are accepted in order of receipt.

Upon receipt of the Reservation Form and $350.00 deposit you will be emailed a contract for you to sign. This must be returned within two weeks to maintain your position on the reservation list.

*Nevada Residents are required to pay 7.7/5% sales tax.
